How do I waterfall a track?
- To use our waterfall feature, start uploading an album like usual
- When you get to the Tracks section, click the "Add Existing Track" button
- Using the dropdown menu, select the track you'd like to add to your album
- Add any required information that may be missing
- Click "Save". You're done!
Why can't I find the track I want to use in the dropdown menu?
The only tracks that appear in the dropdown menu are your approved tracks that are still live! If a track is drafted, denied, or taken down, it is not eligible for waterfalling. You'll need to manually add your track if that is the case.
Why don't I see the "Add Existing Track" button?
You can only use the Add Existing Track button when uploading an album. If you're trying to upload a single, you won't be able to waterfall!
Why can't I change the ISRC or audio file on the track I added with the "Add Existing Track" button?
You can't change the ISRC or audio file on these tracks because they are locked to ensure the track information stays the same between the original track and the copy added to your release when you waterfall.
