Get stuck while uploading your upcoming EP? Do you press "save" on a track and nothing happens? We've all been there--it's not your favorite experience, and it's not ours either. The good news is that it's very likely the issue is because of the browser you're using, which is pretty easy to fix! Here's how to troubleshoot:
- Make sure you're using a browser that we support (listed below). If you're not, please update your browser or switch to a device that uses a supported browser.
- Clear your cookies and cache, then completely close your browser window.
- Reopen your browser, log in to your TuneCore dashboard, and try again.
If you follow all of these steps and you're still having trouble, you might have found a bug! Please contact Artist Support and provide us with a screen recording of the issue and your browser version information so we can further investigate.
