In November 2022, Payoneer announced that it will no longer be serving clients based in Russia, or clients with Russian bank accounts beginning on December 16, 2022. Additionally, beginning on December 1, Payoneer will no longer be accepting new account applications from clients based in Russia.
If you are a client based in Russia, Payoneer will close your account on December 16, 2022.

I am based in Russia, will my TuneCore account also be closed?
We know how important it is for you to keep your releases live and available for streaming/download, and TuneCore will not be taking down your releases or closing your account at this time.
The last day to request a withdrawal from your TuneCore account to your Payoneer account is TUESDAY, DECEMBER 6, 2022. After this time, TuneCore will no longer be able to process any withdrawal requests for the foreseeable future for accounts that are being closed by Payoneer.
I am based in Russia, what will happen to my TuneCore account balance?
For now, your balance will remain in your TuneCore account which will continue to accrue revenue. At this time, TuneCore does not have an alternative in place for sending your funds to you without a working Payoneer account. We will continue to keep you apprised of updates via email.
