If you did not request that your music be taken down from stores, but you are unable to locate your release in stores, your renewal has likely expired.
In order for your music to remain live in stores beyond the first year of distribution, you must pay an annual renewal fee. If the renewal fee has not been paid for by the renewal date, your release will be taken down from stores.
Before your renewal date, TuneCore will send notifications to the email address associated with your account. Once your renewal date has elapsed, we will notify you two more times that your release has expired and provide you with a grace period to pay for the renewal before your release is taken down.
Once a release is removed from the stores, it is considered final and cannot be reversed. To get this release live again, you will need to redistribute it from scratch by creating a new release in your account. Please note, UPCs cannot be reused as they are unique identifiers.
