At this time, we cannot move releases from one TuneCore account to another. In order for a release to appear in another account, you can do one of two things:
- The account owner can change the email address/password associated with the TuneCore account, granting access to the new account owner. This would mean giving the new owner access to and ownership of ALL albums in the TuneCore account and all past accounting data.
Note: the new email address cannot be attached to an existing TuneCore account. - The current account owner can request a takedown of the release(s). The release can then be reuploaded and redistributed via a different TuneCore account. The new account will be responsible for paying the distribution fees. Please note the new submission will require a new UPC code, but the ISRCs can be used again as long as the audio and track titles are exactly the same (TuneCore provides UPCs and ISRCs at no charge). All store ratings, reviews, and sales history associated with the old version cannot be transferred to the new album submission.
