We're sorry to hear that your release isn't appearing on your artist page! We always deliver your release information exactly as it's submitted to us, but some stores have auto-formatting processes that can cause mix-ups.
The good news is that many stores have an easy way for you to resolve this directly in their respective "For Artists" portals! You can click the store name below to see the instructions, or just keep scrolling!
Amazon
- Log in to Amazon for Artists
- Go to 'Report an Issue'
- Submit your request
Apple Music/iTunes
- Log in to Apple for Artists
- Go to 'Contact Us'
- Submit your request
Boomplay

Email support.content@boomplay.com with the following information:
- The UPC for each release that needs to be moved
- The Boomplay link for each release that needs to be moved
- The link to your correct Boomplay artist page (where the releases should be appearing)
- Their team will follow up with you within 5 business days!
Deezer
- Log in to Deezer for Creators
- Go to FAQs
- Submit your request here: https://creatorsupport.deezer.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=8869924805405
Pandora

Email amp-support@pandora.com with the following information:
- The UPC for each release that needs to be moved
- The link to your correct artist page (where the releases should be appearing)
- The link to the incorrect artist page (where the releases are currently appearing incorrectly)
Spotify
- Log in to Spotify for Artists
- Click on the '?' icon
- Select the 'Manage your Music' option
- Select the 'Music mixed up with another artist' option
- Fill out Spotify's content mismatch form (https://artists.spotify.com/c/content-mismatch)
* Heads up: You can also report Spotify mapping issues before your release goes live by following the steps above!
Yandex
- Go to the Yandex Music support page
- In the left-hand bar, look for the 'For artists and right holders' tab.
- Select either 'Creating an artist profile in Yandex Music' or 'Changing your artist profile in Yandex Music'
- Log in to your BandLink account (https://band.link/)
- In the bottom left menu, select 'Chat with Support'
- Submit your request
