How does the program work?
The program includes two types of AI opportunities:
Program-Level Participation
By joining the program, eligible music may be included in licensed AI training opportunities where content is used to help train AI models.
These models are designed to generate broad, general outputs and are not intended to reproduce your individual voice, identity, or artistic style.
Opportunity-Specific Participation
Some opportunities may involve AI-generated content that could be associated with you or your music, such as remixes, reinterpretations, or voice-related experiences.
For these opportunities, you’ll receive information before participation begins and will have the opportunity to review the details.
How do participation and opt-out work?
We designed the program to give you flexibility and control over how your music participates.

You can enroll in the AI & Data Protection 2.0 here. Joining activates catalog protection benefits and allows you to be considered for available AI opportunities.
Opt-Out Window
When a new opportunity involves AI-generated content that could be associated with you or your music, a 20-day review period applies before content is shared with the partner.
This gives you time to review the opportunity and decide whether you want to participate.
Opt Out of the Program or Select Opportunities Anytime
If you later decide that you no longer want to participate in the program or a specific opportunity, you can manage your participation here.
If you opt out, TuneCore will instruct the AI partner to stop future participation involving your content where applicable.
If I join, will my music definitely be used?
No, joining the program or a specific opportunity does not guarantee that your music will be selected by an AI partner. Partners may choose content based on factors such as genre, language, creative needs, licensing requirements, and other eligibility criteria.
