At this time, we cannot move releases from one TuneCore account to another. In order for an album to appear in another account, you can do one of two things:
- The account owner can change the email address/password associated with the TuneCore account, granting access to the new account owner. This would mean giving the new owner access to and ownership of ALL albums in the TuneCore account and all past accounting data.
- The current account owner can request a take down of the album(s) by contacting us from the email address associated with the account. The new album owner can create a TuneCore account to upload and submit a new version of the album. The new album owner will be responsible for paying all album submission fees. Please note the new submission will require a new UPC code but the ISRCs can be used again as long as the audio and track titles are exactly the same (TuneCore provides UPCs and ISRCs at no charge). All store ratings, reviews and sales history associated with the old version cannot be transferred to the new album submission.
