Please note that TuneCore always delivers your artist and album information exactly how you entered it in your TuneCore account.
However, each store does a certain amount of auto-formatting and will automatically place two albums together if their system believes they belong to the same artist (sometimes this happens if 2 different artists have very similar names or the same name).
If your release is not appearing independently in iTunes or Apple Music you can actually submit the fix directly in your TuneCore account here.
- Click on your Artist Name that is experiencing the issue and then "Artist ID's".
- From there you can click "Manage" and proceed through the process to either move your content to an existing page in iTunes or to move your release/s to a brand new artist page.
Please be aware it may take 1-2 weeks for the artist separation to publish completely.
If this issue happened to your releases on any other stores, please contact us and we will immediately contact the store so they can separate you from the other artist and have all of your music show together. Please be sure to write from the email registered to your TuneCore account and note the affected UPC(s) and stores.
